Making Jewelry

There is nothing like creating one of a kind jewelry, sometimes I love my creation so much that I find it difficult to part from it. Some of my friends laugh about this and I know business is business but when you put your creative energy, heart and time in making a piece of jewelry it almost becomes priceless. Unfortunately, only a certain breed of consumer understands the labor of love and passion that it takes to make unique statement pieces and they do not mind paying a higher price. I find that some consumer tend to compare my labor of love  with the dime a dozen alternative out there and truthfully there is no comparison. The key for artisans to make it in these tough economic times is to focus on educating prospective clients and to continue giving their clients one of a kind pieces. Some of us also offer the option for clients to place custom orders and this allows them to select a particular color(s), style, gemstone(s), size, etc...

As part of my commitment to educating my clients and prospective clients alike, I have decided to offer tutorials and workshops. I will post more information when I have everything ready to go.
